In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Director Service Network to oversee service management for Prevost's US and Canadian locations. Key to your success is the ability to manage financial metrics, improve operational efficiencies, and foster customer satisfaction initiatives. Your travel to various branches will help maintain important relationships and align strategies across the network. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage P&L, sales, and labor costs
  • Conduct detailed analysis of service and parts operations
  • Collaborate on action plans with customers and stakeholders
  • Spearhead initiatives to boost customer satisfaction
  • Train teams based on performance evaluations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 10 years relevant experience
  • Experience in a multi-site dealer environment
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
