- Provide leadership in refining business requirements for real property
- Oversee coordination of solutions delivery with digital partners
- Manage compliance with technology standards and policies
- Influence decision-making on new software for real property
- Develop effective collaboration between real property and IT functions
- Degree in Geomatics, Geography, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant GIS and infrastructure experience
- In-depth knowledge of acquisition and expropriation processes
- Experience with technology tools like Python and SQL
- Fluent in both official languages
