Step into a pivotal role as the Manager of Research & Development in a leading food manufacturing organization. Focus on enhancing hard cheese product lines through innovation and collaboration. Our client is seeking a seasoned R&D Manager to lead important initiatives in the hard cheese category. This role combines technical know-how with project leadership to drive innovation and optimize processes within the organization. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations while championing cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product development and formulation improvement
- Manage and prioritize multiple R&D projects
- Interpret research activities to guide product validation
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures through processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- At least 10 years in the food manufacturing industry
- Experienced in leading development and commercialization
- Understanding of food functionality and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
