Quelques-unes des tâches - Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et améliorer l’engagement et la satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Stimuler les ventes dans les rayons des meubles, de la technologie et des fournitures du magasin.
- Établir et atteindre les objectifs de vente et de marge avec l’équipe de direction du magasin.
- Assurer l’excellence opérationnelle et respecter les normes de la marque du magasin.
- Soutenir toutes les normes de marchandisage et d’affichage, y compris les planogrammes et le stockage.
- Maintenir les politiques de santé et de sécurité, de protection des biens et de confidentialité.
Plus précisément, vous serez responsable de
- Interagir et vendre à tous nos clients en offrant des produits et des services personnalisés à l’aide de tous les outils et de toutes les techniques disponibles dans notre modèle de vente pour anticiper et répondre aux besoins futurs des clients.
- Traiter les transactions à l’aide du système de point de vente (PDV), y compris les transactions d’expédition et les outils de marketing pour convertir les clients.
- Désamorcer calmement les situations et aider à résoudre les circonstances complexes des clients pour s’assurer que leurs préoccupations sont traitées efficacement, ou transférer la situation à un directeur/superviseur.
- Maintenir un environnement de magasin propre et sécuritaire en effectuant des tâches comme l’époussetage, la remise en place des produits pour les orienter vers l’avant et en veillant à ce que les unités de démonstration soient propres et fonctionnelles.
Quelques prérequis
- De 3 mois à 1 an d’expérience en vente au détail (de préférence).
- Fortes compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication.
- Capacité à travailler de façon collaborative dans un environnement d’équipe.
