Become the Head of Enterprise Architecture & Applications with Quadra in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC. This role requires leadership in architecture synthesis across CRM, ERP, and AI platforms within a hybrid work model.
As a vital member of Quadra Digital’s leadership team, you will unify crucial platforms to establish standardized architecture and delivery. Reporting to the CDIO, you will guide a diverse team, manage the budget, and collaborate with business leaders to effectively turn priorities into tangible value.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and govern enterprise architecture across multiple applications - Manage platform managers and product owners effectively - Ensure delivery from demand through release and support - Enforce design, security, testing, and release standards - Bring product roadmaps to the quarterly Prioritization Board
Requirements: - 15+ years in enterprise architecture roles - 5+ years in leadership or Product Owner positions - Proven experience in design authority - Strong integration and API architecture skills - Bilingual in French and English
