Nous cherchons un(e) Estimateur(trice) senior dexpérience , passionné(e) par la précision et loptimisation des coûts, prêt(e) à relever des défis techniques denvergure et à jouer un rôle d'expert-conseil au sein de léquipe.
Vos responsabilités
- Analyser en profondeur plans, devis et documents techniques afin délaborer des estimations détaillées et fiables.
- Développer, enrichir et maintenir des bases de données de coûts (matériaux, main-dœuvre, équipements) pour appuyer la prise de décision stratégique.
- Évaluer les risques financiers et opérationnels, recommander des mesures d'atténuation adaptées.
- Produire et présenter des rapports d'estimation clairs et stratégiques aux gestionnaires et partenaires.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de projet afin de garantir lexactitude des budgets et leur suivi.
- Réaliser des analyses post-projets permettant de comparer prévisions et résultats, et daméliorer en continu les méthodes internes.
- Mettre à profit votre expérience pour soutenir et accompagner la relève dans le développement de son expertise.
Votre profil
- Baccalauréat en génie civil ou formation équivalente.
- Minimum de 10 années dexpérience en estimation dans le domaine de la construction dinfrastructures, du civil, de la structure, du terrassement ou de louvrage dart.
- Connaissance approfondie des méthodes de construction et des processus liés aux projets d'infrastructures complexes.
- Solides compétences en mathématiques appliquées, analyse financière et gestion des coûts.
- Habileté reconnue à lire et interpréter des plans, devis et spécifications techniques.
- Maîtrise des logiciels destimation et des outils numériques spécialisés.
- Leadership collaboratif, rigueur professionnelle et autonomie marquée.
