À propos du poste Dans le cadre de sa croissance et de la modernisation de son écosystème SAP, BRP recherche un Développeur SAP S/4HANA ABAP pour rejoindre son SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) .
Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire composée d’experts techniques et fonctionnels, responsable du support applicatif et de l’amélioration continue des solutions SAP à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
Ce rôle s’adresse à un professionnel autonome, curieux et orienté solutions, à l’aise dans des environnements dynamiques, internationaux et en constante évolution.
Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente
Minimum 7 ans d’expérience pertinente , dont au moins 3 ans en développement SAP ABAP
Expérience significative au sein d’organisations de plus de 10 000 employés

Expérience avec les processus S/4HANA , incluant la migration de données, cutover et go-live
Maîtrise des méthodologies de développement Agile
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, avec peu de documentation ou de structure formelle
Assurer la stabilité et la performance des applications SAP ABAP
Livrer des développements conformes aux standards et meilleures pratiques SAP
Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue des solutions SAP
Soutenir les phases critiques de projets : build, test, déploiement, cutover et mise en production
Faciliter la transition entre les équipes projet et support applicatif
Fournir un support technique SAP ABAP (incidents, améliorations et projets)
Analyser et résoudre les problématiques techniques dans des délais serrés
Rédiger des spécifications techniques et livrables de qualité
Participer aux implémentations et initiatives d’amélioration continue
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes AMS et les partenaires externes
Participer aux revues de conception et aux revues de code
Soutenir les équipes de maintenance applicative et de livraison projet
Jouer un rôle actif dans les séances de réflexion, de coordination et de gestion
Partager vos connaissances et former vos pairs au besoin
Expérience dans les secteurs manufacturier, transport, automobile ou aéronautique
Expérience dans des entreprises internationales et multisites
Forte capacité d’adaptation dans des environnements complexes et peu structurés
Esprit entrepreneurial, orienté résultats et résolution de problèmes
À l’aise avec des horaires irréguliers , incluant une disponibilité dans un contexte 24/7
Les profils issus majoritairement du secteur public ne correspondent pas au contexte BRP
Pour les profils seniors, une expérience exclusivement en services financiers est peu adaptée à l’environnement BRP
