Job Responsibility:
Bouza, an ice cream store that sells traditional Middle Eastern ice cream with 100% natural ingredients located at 3821 Blvd. Saint-Martin West, Laval, Quebec, H7T1B2, Tel: View phone number on ca.edajobs.com seeks to fill the position of Ice cream Store Manager.
Main tasks :
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of the store
- Determine the products and services to be sold, set prices and establish credit policies
- Identify staffing needs and proceed with hiring
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Deal with customer complaints
- Evaluate and improve customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory and place orders from suppliers
Languages: English and/or French
Experience needed: Minimum of 30 months of experience in management

Principales tâches :
- Planifier, diriger et évaluer les activités du magasin
- Déterminer les produits et services à vendre, fixer les prix et établir les politiques de crédit
- Identifier les besoins en personnel et procéder à l'embauche
- Gérer le personnel et lui assigner des tâches
- Traiter les plaintes des clients
- Évaluer et améliorer le service à la clientèle
- Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité alimentaire et des normes de propreté
- Contrôler les stocks et passer des commandes auprès des fournisseurs
Langues : Anglais et/ou français
Expérience requise : Minimum de 30 mois d'expérience en gestion
