This position seeks candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in primary care, emphasizing teamwork with various healthcare professionals. Your expertise will help enrich the health of the community through effective disease management and prevention strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and medication prescriptions
- Diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions
- Educate patients and families on preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Coordinate care among the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Active Washington State NP or PA license
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority
- BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
- Minimum two years’ experience in primary care
- Passion for delivering quality population-based care
