You will establish the operating model, governance, capabilities, and adoption practices required for responsible AI in analytics. The function supports leaders with clear narratives about performance, subscriber outcomes, market dynamics, dependencies, risks, and recommended action.Key Responsibilities:
Redesign analyst workflows around automation and human judgmentPrioritize forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection, and propensity use casesMove analytical experiments from pilots into sustained productionPartner on secure access, semantic models, quality, and integrationDevelop team capability in AI-assisted analysis and validationRequirements:
10+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise performanceExperience taking AI or advanced analytics use cases into sustained useStrong practical understanding of generative AI and predictive methodsStrong change leadership and cross-functional influence without authorityKnowledge of privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI controlsLead analytics transformation with sound judgment, responsible AI practices, people development, and measurable decision impact across GS1 Canada.
