Fluid Volume Reporting Technician

Our client, a major Oil and Gas company in Canada is looking to hire Fluid Volume Reporting Technician for a 12-month contract. The role is 4 days in office located in Calgary.
- Retrieve and collate truck/pipeline tickets by company and date.
- Enter 60-100 tickets daily into Energy Components (EC) system, ensuring accuracy.
- Review tickets for missing information and verify source/destination of fluids.
- Research missing data by consulting archives or contacting stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot data anomalies with Production Accountants and amend incorrect entries.
- Compile and reconcile Third Party Disposal Reports and rig reports.
- Ensure timely receipt of all truck tickets for month-end reporting.
- Communicate with internal teams (Fluid Haul, Production Accounting, Environmental Operations) to ensure data accuracy.
- Experience with Energy Components and Well View.
- Knowledge of SAGD operations and relevant regulatory directives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Familiarity with Directive 7: Volumetric and Infrastructure Requirements.
- Understanding of Directive 17: Measurement Requirements for Oil and Gas Operations.
- Knowledge of Directive 42: Measurement, Accounting, and Reporting Plan.
- Experience with Disposal Waste Manifests processes.
- Familiarity with SAGD operations, including wells, pads, tanks, sumps, pits, berms, and battery codes.
