As a key member of our team, you'll transport grain, seed, equipment, and agricultural products while supporting our farming operations throughout the year. As a Class 1A Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating semi-trucks and trailers to transport grain, seed, equipment, and agricultural products
- Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate logbook and required documentation
- Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading products safely and efficiently
- Assisting with routine truck and trailer maintenance and reporting mechanical concerns
- Supporting farm operations during busy seasons, including helping with equipment movement and other farm-related duties when required
- Following all provincial and federal transportation regulations and company safety procedures
- Representing Monette Farms professionally when interacting with customers, suppliers, and the public

Qualifications include:
- Valid Class 1A Driver's Licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Experience operating semi-trucks and agricultural hauling equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify basic maintenance issues
- Strong commitment to safety and safe driving practices
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak farming seasons
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
