This position is:

A combination of visiting existing and/or prospective business customers within South West and East Ontario and working from home/On-site.

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales and Marketing Manager to lead market expansion and business development efforts across South West and East Ontario markets. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing market presence in developing territories.

As the primary field representative for the region, you will focus on growing residential and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) opportunities through strategic partnerships, community engagement, market activation initiatives, and targeted sales efforts. Working closely with regional leadership, sales, and marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Eastlink's presence, driving customer growth, and fostering long-term partner success.

This position requires regular travel throughout the territory, including occasional evenings and weekends to support events, partner activities, and community engagement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with property managers, developers, and community stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop and execute regional growth plans to increase residential and MDU penetration, strengthen local market presence, and expand strategic relationships.
• Review partner performance, drive revenue growth, and support the successful execution of agreements.
• Lead local market activation initiatives, including grassroots marketing, sponsorships, community events, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads, improve conversion, and achieve growth targets.
• Monitor and report on market performance and key growth metrics.
• Represent the company across the region, ensuring strong brand presence and exceptional partner experiences.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify growth opportunities, and achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on occasion to support business needs, events, and partner activities.
