You will assess market trends, evaluate strategic fit, build business cases, and support transactions across the deal lifecycle. The work connects healthcare dynamics with financial analysis and executive recommendations.Key Responsibilities:
Develop healthcare growth strategies, business models, partnerships, and capabilitiesEvaluate acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnershipsBuild valuation models, business cases, forecasts, and sensitivity analysesCoordinate cross-functional diligence with Finance, Legal, Risk, Tax, and OperationsPresent investment recommendations and insights to senior managementRequirements:
Approximately 8-10+ years of relevant professional experienceSignificant healthcare sector knowledge and ecosystem experienceExperience in corporate development, M&A, consulting, or investingHands-on financial modelling and valuation experienceExcellent executive communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsBring healthcare judgment, transaction experience, valuation expertise, and strategic communication skills to Manulife’s Toronto corporate development team.
