Ken looking for a babysitter or nanny in Richmond

We are a busy, communicative, and organized couple working in healthcare and law enforcement, looking for a reliable occasional babysitter for our daughter, Chloe, who recently turned 2. Chloe is intelligent, friendly, observant, social, and loves learning new things. She attends daycare full-time, so she is used to routines, caregivers, and other children. Like most toddlers, she can have emotional moments, so we are hoping to find someone patient, calm, and confident with toddler care and bedtime.
