Responsabilité:
1. Fonctionnement de l’équipement:
1.1 Installer, ajuster et faire fonctionner des lignes d’extrusion de film soufflé, y compris des
extrudeuses, des changeurs de tamis, des matrices, un anneau d’air et un contrôle automatique de
la jauge, un traiteur, une machine à sacs, une presse à imprimer et des enrouleurs.
1.2 Surveiller et contrôler les paramètres d’extrusion tels que la température, la vitesse de ligne, le
débit et la pression pour garantir un fonctionnement optimisé et sûr.

1.3 Démarrage et arrêt (purge, nettoyage, refroidissement…) des équipements selon les procédures
opérationnelles standards.
1.4 Effectuer des inspections régulières des machines et apporter les ajustements nécessaires pour
maintenir le plus haut niveau de qualité et de performance.
2. Surveillance de la Production et Contrôle Qualité:
2.1 Surveiller le processus de production pour assurer la production constante de films de haute
qualité.
2.2 Superviser le test de qualité à intervalles donnés en mesurant, grammes/mètre, largeur et autres
spécifications pour répondre aux exigences du client (étanchéité, traitement, glissement, impact,
opacité, répétition, jauge).
2.3 Identifier et résoudre tout problème de production ou écart par rapport aux normes de qualité avec
une production minimale de rebuts.
2.4 Collaborer avec le responsable du contrôle qualité pour effectuer des tests de routine et collecter
des échantillons de films.
