Accounts Payable Technician

I am looking for an accounts payable technician for a manufacturing company in the Saint-Eustache area.


Reporting to the Finance Department, your main responsibilities will be:
-Perform reconciliation between purchase orders, goods received, and invoices (3-way matching)
- Enter and post supplier invoices
- Post expenses related to credit cards and expense accounts
- Scan and file supporting documents
- Follow up on supplier requests by phone and email
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure operations run smoothly
- Assist with various related administrative and accounting tasks

Qualifications
-DEP in accounting or relevant training
-2-3 years of experience in a similar role
-Experience in a manufacturing environment (a significant asset)
-Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
