Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team responsible for network and server operations
• Develop and track performance indicators for services
• Supervise daily IT operations and service availability

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity measures
Requirements:
• At least 8 years in IT infrastructure
• 3 years in team leadership
• Strong expertise in Cisco technology
• Solid understanding of VoIP services
• Bilingual in French and English
