Outlier works with AI organizations to improve proactive, multi-step agents through human feedback. Projects teach systems to design, coordinate, and optimize complex architectural workflows. You will support training for advanced generative systems through technical evaluation and debugging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
- Debug traces from multi-turn agent interactions
- Stress test agents in complex workflows
- Provide clear technical feedback on system behaviors
Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration expertise
- Production-grade software development with modular separation
- Experience with live environments and multi-turn interactions
- Strong attention to detail and technical communication
