Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel

Advise Walmart Canada on complex commercial litigation matters from Mississauga, using strong drafting and negotiation skills. Partner with business teams across Canada.Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Litigation, this senior lawyer supports Walmart Canada’s legal team across broad litigation matters. The work includes class actions, breach of contract, tort claims, and insurance litigation. You will provide practical legal advice, identify risks, and manage external counsel.Key Responsibilities:
