We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Full Stack Agentic AI Developer with expertise in GenAI technologies in Non‑Financial Risk Technology to develop advanced capabilities such as rapid AI‑assisted coding, requirement gathering, review, governance, deployment, architecture design, and more.

This is a Lead Software Engineering position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using mainly Python and some Java as part of an Agile squad delivering with a dynamic, global fleet and associated squads.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality.
• Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile meetings, deliver project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements.
• Learn, improve, and apply Morgan Stanley's proprietary frameworks and best practices.
• Write comprehensive tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities; experience integrating, leveraging, and influencing teams, developers, and programs within a large enterprise.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Python: Overall 7+ years of development experience with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Python. Proven ability to write optimized, effective, and clean code.
• GenAI Coding Assistant: Experience with
