Build reliable AI platforms at Motive with Python, cloud infrastructure, and production software engineering across applications, services, and inference systems.As a senior engineer, you will ship production software and AI systems on secure, cost-disciplined cloud infrastructure. You will design services, operate inference platforms, and partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The work connects reliability, governance, and unit economics.Key Responsibilities:
Design and ship production services, APIs, and interfacesOwn implementation, testing, reviews, deployment, and maintenanceBuild production RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning, and serving systemsArchitect AWS or GCP environments with Kubernetes and TerraformOptimize GPUs, routing, models, and AI request costsRequirements:
Five or more years owning production software systemsStrong Python and one additional development stackProduction backend services, APIs, and AI or ML experienceAWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD experienceProven cloud or AI spend reduction or governanceApply senior software engineering judgment to production AI, cloud reliability, and measurable cost control at Motive.
