Financial Services Advisor I

As a full-time Financial Services Advisor I (FSA I), you are responsible for understanding our members financial goals and supporting their achievement through the provision of sound financial advice. This includes the offering and fulfillment of financial services and products to new and existing non-portfolio aligned members. This opportunity will support our members in Rose Valley.

How youll be spending your time:
-Proactively identify members financial goals and provide advice and solutions to support their achievement
-Provide account, investment and lending products, within scope of position, to meet member needs
-Memberships and accounts including lines of credit
-Consumer investment products (excluding mutual funds)
-Non-complex consumer lending products

The experience youll bring:
1 to 2 years of Financial Industry Experience in an Advisory Capacity
Experience in a Sales position is considered an asset
Experience in portfolio management
Completion of or working towards the Financial Planner and Personal Financial Services Advice designations
Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) is considered an asset
