Executive Director for Campia Gymnastics

Lead Campia Gymnastics as the Executive Director in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador. Drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and community engagement in this full-time role. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will ensure the success of Campia Gymnastics, a not-for-profit organization serving children and youth. With over 35 years of experience, Campia is committed to providing enriching gymnastics programs. You will oversee all aspects of operations, engage stakeholders, and foster a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight for all programs
• Manage budgets and ensure financial transparency
• Build relationships with stakeholders and sponsors
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture
• Oversee administrative operations and systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 7-10+ years of leadership experience in non-profit
• Proven financial and operational management skills
• Experience in fundraising and program management
• Passion for child and youth development through sport
