The Senior Solution Advisor serves as a pivotal contact for Account Executives (AEs), focusing on qualifying deals and strategizing effective selling approaches. With a strong emphasis on customer success engagement, this position partners with Market Unit sales leadership to uncover revenue-generating opportunities. You'll also inspire and motivate team members, ensuring alignment and clarity in objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as contact point for Account Executives in sales
- Collaborate with sales leadership on revenue strategies
- Engage with strategic customers and lead meetings
- Design execution plans and align resources accordingly
- Ensure quality deliverables during opportunity pursuits
- 10 years in presales and 1-2 years in management
- Proficient in SAP solutions and applications
- Bilingual English and French preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Experience in sales management and team building
