Live-in housekeeper accompany to Florida, Winnipeg and Lake of the Woods
Full-time
We are looking for a lovely live-in homecare/housekeeper for our mother who resides 4 months in Winnipeg, 4 months at a cottage on the lake of the woods and 4 months in Naples, Florida. The position will require living-in with your private quarters and the tasks include but not limited to bringing her coffee and newspaper, making a simple breakfast, cleaning the property, preparing lunch and dinner, as needed, serving guests as needed, laundry, assisting with chores. She drives herself locally, but will request for you to drive at times and accompany her for errands and doctors appointments. Food and board is included as well as paid time off. Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - completion of dinner/kitchen tidy or at the latest 8:30 PM, with 2.5 hour scheduled breaks. Saturday is 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM with 30 minutes scheduled break.
- English speaking fluent
- Ability to clean residence
- Ability to cook simple meals
- Ability to drive and hold a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to and from US/Canada
- Ability to monitor an elderly woman and watch for medical issues to arise, and report to the family.
- Ability to dress wounds if needed
