Investment Compliance Senior Analyst at Intact Financial

Intact

Shape compliance strategies at Intact Financial as a Senior Analyst in Investment Compliance. Experience a hybrid work model that fosters collaboration while ensuring regulatory adherence. This role is essential to Intact Investment Management Inc., overseeing a portfolio of over $30 billion. Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will utilize your 5 to 8 years of investment compliance experience to maintain and enhance compliance monitoring systems. Engage with multiple teams including Trading and Risk Management to secure compliance and foster operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor portfolios daily against established guidelines
Assist in compliance documentation and governance
Prepare compliance metrics and reports for audits
Contribute to compliance training and stakeholder communication
Collaborate on the resolution of compliance issues

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related area
5 to 8 years in investment compliance or similar roles
Experience with systems like Charles River or Bloomberg
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools
