Medical Device Program Manager

Advance medical device products through project leadership, Design Controls, and stakeholder alignment with Stryker’s Endoscopy team in Burnaby.This Project Manager, Breast Care role supports products already serving customers and patients. You will manage multiple projects across product development, sustainment, and post-market lifecycle activities. Collaboration spans R&D, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and other functions while addressing technical and business trade-offs.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate product and design changes, testing, and component replacementsSupport product availability, continuity of supply, and customer experienceApply business judgment to risk, cost, benefit, and resource decisionsEnsure execution follows Design Controls and Quality System requirementsCapture lessons learned and strengthen project execution practicesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related fieldFour or more years in project management or technical environmentsMedical device, healthcare, or regulated product experience preferredKnowledge of Design Controls, Quality Systems, or change control preferredPMP certification or formal project management training preferredUse regulated-product knowledge, structured planning, and sound judgment to sustain Stryker’s Breast Care products effectively.
