We are seeking a Product Manager to be accountable for the full end to end lifecycle of portfolio of products, specifically for new strategic clients including vision, charter, planning, requirements, stories, development, testing, integration (FA or partner systems), deployment, usage, adoption, client satisfaction and continuous improvement. A successful Product Manager will be the facilitator and planner for all aspects of Canadian products and will drive the activities of the corresponding teams who will build, integrate or enhance any new or existing products in their respective portfolio aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology. The Product Manager will also co-ordinate & initiate appropriate vertical / product strategy coupled with the right POD with QA, Scrum Master, Architects and Developers. They will maximize product reusability and repeatability & focus on revenue growth to enable new logo strategic client acquisitions, improved customer experience & teamwork. More specifically, the individual in this role will:
- Maintain ownership of product planning, development, and lifecycle management, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams to execute against product milestones
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements, breaking them down into epics, themes, and features and creating actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for the design team to conceptualize and the development team to implement
- Validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are consistent with articulated business requirements and deliver the expected results
- Document new features and communicate functionality to end users
- Actively measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve
- Integrate performance metrics, usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Demonstrate a willingness to experiment, iterate, innovate, and fail quickly
- Collaborate with sales, customer success managers, solution experts, technical experts and partners across multiple functions and geographic locations to present and position current and future product offerings
- Provide dedicated product leadership for the Canada region, ensuring local time zone coverage and alignment with local market needs
- Understand and advocate for the unique requirements of the Canada market, ensuring platforms and solutions are adapted appropriately
- Strengthen partnership with internal Canadian teams to ensure the teams maximize each other’s platform capabilities
- Serve as the primary product liaison for regional stakeholders, providing visibility and prioritization of initiatives specific to Canada
- Identify and deliver product changes required to localize EA and SD platforms for the region, including compliance, regulatory and new opportunities
- Support the growth of the Canada business
- Share regional insights and learnings with global product teams to inform platform strategy and encourage cross-regional alignment
What You May Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology field, advanced business degree (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years in a product role for a product that handles over $20M in revenue at an org over $1B in revenue
- Practical Agile experience - not certifications but actual experience inside an organization in transition for at least 5 years
- Language: English
- Strong Technical skills - can speak with and motivate the development team with ideas and thoughts
- Must be proficient in PPT and FA road mapping tools – JIRA and others
- Automation and lean six sigma knowledge and work experience is a plus

Le(la) Gestionnaire de Produit sera responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la gestion des produits canadiens, en pilotant les activités des équipes qui développent, intègrent ou améliorent les produits du portefeuille selon la feuille de route et les méthodes Agile.
Les responsabilités incluent notamment :
- Assumer la responsabilité de la planification, du développement et de la gestion du cycle de vie des produits, en guidant les équipes interfonctionnelles vers les objectifs clés.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour traduire les besoins d’affaires en épopées, thèmes et fonctionnalités, puis en user stories exploitables avec critères d’acceptation.
- Valider les spécifications auprès des parties prenantes pour assurer la cohérence avec les besoins exprimés.
- Documenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités et communiquer les capacités aux utilisateurs finaux.
- Mesurer et analyser les produits existants pour identifier les opportunités d’innovation.
- Intégrer des métriques de performance, des études d’utilisabilité, de la recherche et des analyses de marché dans les exigences produit.
- Faire preuve d’agilité : expérimenter, itérer, innover et apprendre rapidement.
- Collaborer avec les ventes, la réussite client, les experts solutions, les équipes techniques et les partenaires pour positionner les offres actuelles et futures.
- Fournir un leadership produit dédié au marché canadien et assurer l’alignement avec les besoins locaux.
- Comprendre et défendre les exigences uniques du marché canadien.
- Renforcer les partenariats internes au Canada pour maximiser les capacités de la plateforme.
- Servir de point de contact principal pour les parties prenantes régionales.
- Identifier et livrer les adaptations nécessaires à la localisation des plateformes EA et SD (conformité, règlementation, nouvelles opportunités).
- Soutenir la croissance des activités canadiennes.
- Partager les enseignements régionaux avec les équipes produit mondiales.
- Baccalauréat en affaires ou technologie (MBA un atout).
- Minimum de 3+ années dans un rôle produit gérant plus de 20 M$ de revenus dans une entreprise dépassant 1 G$.
- Expérience Agile pratique d’au moins 5 ans (expérience concrète, pas seulement des certifications).
- Maîtrise de l’anglais.
- Compétences techniques solides; capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les équipes de développement.
- Maîtrise de PowerPoint et des outils de planification FA — JIRA et autres.
- Connaissance de l’automatisation et du Lean Six Sigma (atout).
