Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage end-to-end GL accounting, bank/balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and journal entries.
• SAGE 50 & ERP Management: Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records using SAGE 50.
• AP / AR & Collections: Process vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, generate customer billing, and oversee collections.
• Inventory Accounting: Monitor inventory movements, landed costs, and product distribution accounting workflows.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate regularly in English with vendors, clients, and internal logistics/sales teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or staff accountant experience in distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or inventory-based sectors.
• Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAGE 50 and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data analysis).
• Education: Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Accounting or Finance.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for professional client, vendor and team interaction.
• Attention to Detail: Proven track record of accuracy, self-management, and organizing complex financial records independently.
