Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician

The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring an Instrumentation Technician  on a full time permanent basis. This role requires onsite work located in Regina, SK.

Shift: 7 days on 7 days off  

What you’ll do:  

Duties include but are not limited to:  

• Calibrate electronic and pneumatic instruments.  

• Repair and maintain control valves and regulators.  

• Conduct DCS loop tuning.  

• Collaborate with Operations and troubleshoot process problems.  

• Confirm control logics with the DCS.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team of Instrumentation Techs who collaborate daily to ensure smooth operations. This team values communication, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Who you are:  

You are looking for a career in  ​ Production, Trades and Maintenance ​and:  

• Have a Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician level qualification.  

• Have a minimum of four years’ experience directly related to the required duties of the trade at the Complex.  

• A good working knowledge of refinery operations and practices; this would be considered an asset.  

This is a unionized role that resides with UNIFOR Canada Local 594 offering $66.94 per hour. As a union member, you would be subject to pay union dues as part of the collective agreement.
