We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

As the Sales Director, you will be at the heart of our client relations.

Your role will involve:

• Soliciting, developing, and increasing major accounts and clients to generate additional opportunities for the hotel.

• Negotiating and preparing proposals and sales contracts.

• Achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

• Ensuring rigorous follow-up on accounts and ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: You have significant experience in sales and management, ideally in the hospitality or tourism sector. (3 to 5 years)

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of customer service, and a great ability to build trustful relationships. Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written, and good skills in English.

• Results-oriented: You are results-driven with a strong capability to achieve set goals.

• Organization: You are rigorous, methodical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and proficient in Office Suite software.
