FOH Position

Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining tables, floors, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
