Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining tables, floors, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
