Responsibilities

Primary

• Drive sales of class packs and client memberships through phone calls, email campaigns, and in-person interactions
• Drive marketing campaigns through all mediums, including; social media, pop-ups, print, events, etc
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized attention and support to help them achieve their fitness goals
• Follow up with leads and potential clients in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming gym environment

Secondary

• Assist with client check-ins and customer service inquiries as needed
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by management
• Greet and check-in clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable at our gym
• Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, locker rooms, and common areas
• Answering emails, and responding to chats/ phone calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Prior sales experience required; experience in a fitness or boutique gym environment a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Pay: $40,065.00-$42,324.00 per year
