- Design synthesis plans aligned with project goals
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize experimental plans
- Enhance automated synthesis platform throughput and stability
- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage daily operations of automated chemical systems
- PhD in Chemistry or related field
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced R&D environments
- Advocate for automation in chemical synthesis
