The Town of Cochrane is actively seeking its next Manager of Arts, Culture & Heritage Services. This key role involves implementing a comprehensive cultural plan that enhances the community's identity. By harnessing your strategic mindset, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to design effective programs and partnerships that enrich the cultural landscape of Cochrane.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of arts and cultural strategies
• Establish robust partnerships and funding strategies
• Support and administer Community Grant initiatives
• Engage diverse community organizations and civic leaders
• Advise on municipal planning and cultural projects
Requirements:
• Proven expertise in policy formulation and program management
• Deep understanding of community development within arts
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities
• Competence in working independently and collaboratively
• Membership in a pertinent professional body is advantageous
