Luxury Brand Evaluator Alberta

CXG

Montréal, QC

Assess luxury customer experiences across Alberta while applying observation and feedback skills through flexible CXG assignments.

As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess service in boutiques, online purchases, or product returns. CXG connects evaluators with premium brands across fashion, beauty, jewelry, and automobiles. You choose missions matching your preferences and profile, then document observations through questionnaires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Choose assignments aligned with your preferences and profile
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate experiences online
  • Assess ambiance, service quality, and customer experience
  • Submit honest observations through CXG questionnaires
  • Manage missions and feedback using CXG Live

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a current premium or luxury brand customer
  • Have no current retail brand contract
  • Remain punctual, organized, observant, and reliable
  • No prior experience required

Use genuine customer insight, careful observation, and honest feedback to help CXG luxury brands refine service experiences.
