Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager

Our client, a retail giant based in Quebec, is looking for store managers and assistant store managers. With several hundred stores across Canada, our client is a key leader in the retail industry. Due to regular store openings, we are seeking candidates with strong leadership skills and exceptional drive. What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits

- Recruit and train staff, and schedule work shifts
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Keep shelves well-stocked to maximize sales
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Manage inventory, sales, shrinkage, and merchandising
- At least five years of experience in retail, including two years in management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to manage priorities with excellent organizational skills, leadership, and customer service
- Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekendsHuman resources management skills
- Fluency in French
- Valid work permit required
- Assistant Manager : $44,000–$48,000 per year
- Manager : $50,000–$56,000 per year
