Step into the role of Senior Manager for Change at Aviso, where you’ll orchestrate critical transformation projects to elevate organizational performance. Your leadership will shape change management culture and practices. As part of the Enterprise Change Management team for 12 months, you will report to the Director. Your responsibilities will include coaching leaders, managing stakeholder environments, and leading change communication efforts. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with extensive experience in consulting and financial services. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute tailored change management plans
- Promote consistency in change practices enterprise-wide
- Serve as a trusted advisor on change management best practices
- Implement effective training and mentoring for change managers
- Monitor risks and develop governance models for change
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
- 10+ years of proven change management success
- Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR methodologies
- Skilled in managing complex programs and portfolios
- Fluent English communication abilities; bilingual is an asset
