We are a young family based in Oakville, Ontario, looking for a dedicated and caring nanny to join us on a part-time, live-out basis. Our primary needs revolve around the care of our toddler (1.5) and preschooler (3.5) when they are sick and unable to attend daycare, as well as "as-needed" assistance during busy work/life periods, etc. Would also love to have regular scheduled part time support during the week (I.e. a few hrs x few days a week?). Open to negotiating more hours! The ideal candidate should have experience with toddlers and preschoolers and be comfortable engaging with children of different age groups. Responsibilities will include age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with any school-related tasks for our older child. In addition to childcare, light housekeeping duties and meal prep are ideal parts of this role. We expect our nanny to be proactive in organizing and cleaning common areas and preparing healthy meals for the children.
