Join Midland Transport as a Transition Lead based in Dieppe, NB, where you will lead the deployment strategies for operational success across terminals. This role is integral to managing the end-to-end transition process. As a key figure in the Transformation Program, you’ll oversee the strategic rollout across multiple sites, ensuring terminal readiness in all facets, from people to technology. Your collaboration with program managers and stakeholders will align deployment execution with company objectives, driving value realization and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement deployment strategies for terminals
- Coordinate with teams for efficient rollout execution
- Build a high-performing team of Deployment Leads
- Assess terminal readiness and oversee go-live processes
- Report on adoption and performance metrics to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent
- 8-10+ years in transformation leadership
- Certification in PMP or similar
- Experience with Scrum, Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Transportation industry
