Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour OR $21.50/hour (afternoons only)
Shift: Full-time - Overtime available
- Days: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm - 5 days per week
- Afternoons: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am - 4 days per week
Location: Oakville, ON.
Recent Raymond Reach experience required This is an immediate and long-term opportunity with a stable work environment, supportive local management, consistent full-time hours, and opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Raymond Reach (stand-up) forklift to retrieve and store inventory.
- Pick, stage, pack, and shrink-wrap orders.
- Complete order picking and inventory transactions using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Raymond Reach Forklift License required
- 1 year of recent forklift experience required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work at a fast pace
- Reliable, punctual, and available to start immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Willingness to complete a Criminal Record Check
