We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Dayforce team. This role is a key leadership position within our Human Resources Transformation practice, responsible for shaping client outcomes, leading complex Dayforce programs, and contributing to the continued success of our Dayforce practice nationally. The Senior Manager will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, oversee multiple engagements, and play an active role in practice growth, talent development, and market strategy.

What will your typical day look like?

• Lead and govern large-scale, complex Dayforce HCM programs across multiple workstreams and client teams
• Act as a senior trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, guiding HR transformation strategy and roadmap decisions
• Provide deep functional and solution leadership across Dayforce HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent
• Translate client business strategy and operating models into scalable Dayforce solutions
• Oversee delivery quality, financial performance, risk management, and overall client satisfaction across engagements
• Guide system architecture decisions, integrations, and upgrade strategies in collaboration with technical and functional leads
• Sponsor and coach delivery leads, managers, and consultants, fostering strong performance, growth, and engagemen
• Set direction for training, change, and adoption strategies to drive sustained client value
• Collaborate with alliance partners and internal teams to shape leading practices and innovative solutions
• Play a significant role in business development, including account growth, proposals, pricing strategies, and executive presentations

Deloitte's Canadian Human Resources Transformation (HRT) is a growing practice with 340+ consultants located across the country. Together with over HCM 2,500 consultants globally, we proudly serve clients in Canada and around the world. We are recognized by industry analysts as the World's Leading HR Transformation Practice. We have consultants skilled in all facets of Human Resources Management: Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources, Solution Architect, Recruiting, and Talent Management. Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, or a related field, with a strong focus on HCM implementations.
• Proven track record of managing complex HR transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, technologies, and best practices, with specific expertise in HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent management).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including experience with data and analytics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple project priorities.
• In-depth understanding of the latest HR technologies and a keen interest or experience in artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or Dayforce certifications are an asset.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
