Software Development Engineer in Test at RBC

- Drive quality improvement through test automation
- Build a scalable BDD-based automation framework
- Execute automated test runs and maximize coverage
- Communicate metrics and reports to stakeholders
- Coach team members on automation tools and practices
- 2–4 years of software engineering and automation experience
- Proficiency in web application and API testing
- Hands-on scripting experience with Python or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Ability to work in cloud or mainframe testing environments
