Job Responsibility:
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Farmers Market Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and promoting products in a market setting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Advise customers of our processes (training provided) and provide samples of our different honeys
- Maintain a clean and organized market area
- Assist in restocking displays and monitoring inventory levels
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficient in POS systems for processing transactions
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in retail sales or cashiering is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos and promote honey sales
- Holds a full G class license
