Industrial Project Controls Lead

Lead industrial project controls for Ledcor using cost, schedule, and progress expertise in a site-based environment. Influence major project outcomes.As Project Controls Lead, you will provide strategic direction and hands-on oversight across projects ranging from $50M to $1B+. Work with operations and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, while mentoring project controls team members in the field. Apply data-driven insights, strong systems, and proactive decision-making to complex construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare complex Excel reports for internal and external distributionAnalyze and present data through progress monitoring toolsTrack milestones, deadlines, schedules, and project progressSet up control budgets and monitor productivity against budgetImplement Ledcor systems, progress draws, and cost accountingRequirements:
Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related disciplineSeven-plus years’ project controls experience in industrial constructionExperience leading cost and schedule controls on major projectsAdvanced knowledge of earned value and performance measurementStrong Primavera P6 and InEight experienceBring industrial project controls leadership, cost expertise, scheduling discipline, and data analysis to Ledcor’s site-based projects.
