In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay. Full-time (0.8–1.0 FTE) a Return for Service (RFS) Agreement is required $25,000 for a 2-years RFS $41,500 for a 3-year RFS $60,000 for a 4-year RFS Part-time (0.4–0.79 FTE) a Return for Service Agreement (RFS) is required $20,000 for a 2-years RFS $33,200 for a 3-year RFS $48,000 for a 4-year RFS Part-time employees (0.4–0.79 FTE) are eligible at 80% of full-time amounts.As a Respiratory Therapist I, you will assess patients (clients, resident), develop and implement respiratory therapy care plans and monitor their progress. You will be responsible for various diagnostic and therapeutic equipment and interventions. You will collaborate with various clinical teams and groups to enhance clinical outcomes. You will provide training and assist health care providers in the use and care of respiratory equipment as well as educate patients and their families regarding diseases, medications, equipment and treatments.
