Drones & UAV Solutions Engineer Role

Elevate your career as a Solutions Engineer specializing in Drones and UAV technology. Our client offers a hybrid work model and a 4-day work week, ensuring a balanced professional lifestyle. In this field-based position, you'll be at the forefront of delivering technical expertise for drone solutions. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments while conducting workshops and training sessions. Regular travel across Canada is expected to troubleshoot and support clients effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve issues
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of UAV solutions and regulations
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Minimum 3-5+ years in technical support in the drone industry
- Advanced Pilot Certificate and SFOC required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of drone regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
