Global Manufacturing Ops Leader
Wolf Steel Ltd
Napoleon Group of Companies seeks a VP of Operations to lead manufacturing across Canada, Mexico, and China, aligning site leaders with shared goals and a common operating system. You will translate sales plans into capacity, labour, and materials strategies while owning KPIs and continuous improvement across all sites.
The role requires a seasoned operations leader with multi-site experience, a strong track record in lean methods, and the ability to escalate issues and drive performance.
