Make a difference as a Combat Medic with the Canadian Armed Forces. Provide vital medical services to injured soldiers in high-pressure situations, either full-time or part-time. As a Combat Medic, you will play an essential role in supporting health services for the Canadian Armed Forces both domestically and internationally. This position requires you to deliver initial care, administer lifesaving treatments, and train soldiers in Combat First Aid. You will also be involved in rescue operations, ensuring medical supplies are maintained and ready. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide initial care for injured soldiers
• Administer lifesaving treatments in trauma cases
• Instruct soldiers on Combat First Aid techniques
• Participate in rescue operations from vehicles and buildings
• Maintain and account for medical supplies Requirements:
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• Minimum age of 18 (16 with consent)
• Completed Grade 10 or Secondary IV
• Foreign education may be accepted
• No prior experience required Become a key player in ensuring the medical readiness and safety of Canadian soldiers.
